Since it was a sunny day, I had no reason to slack off in the hostel. Therefore, I decided to take the "Marshrutkas" (a minibus in Georgia) to Mtskheta today. Coincidentally my roommates K and T were also interested, so we decided to go there together.
Firstly, we took the metro to Didube station, where is the main Marshrutkas station of many different routes. When we arrived at Didube, it was time to play word recognition game. Since owner R had written the Georgian word of Mtskheta to us in advance, we had to find the bus of this destination which would match the word we had. After a while searching, we finally found out the bus with some extra help of the local people.

The Marshrutkas ride only took 30 minutes, which was really fast comparing to all the bus rides I had taken before. Mtskheta is a small ancient Georgian town. There are a monastery and a very big cathedral in the center of the town.
We first went to look around the monastery, where we met an eccentric old woman in the public/maybe private bathroom. Because K was in need of it, she went in the toilet regardless of the filthy environment and the stinky as shit smell. When T and I were waiting outside, the eccentric old woman grumpily shouted in the bathroom. The noise was so loud that we thought they were having a fight inside. In fact, the old woman was non-stop shouting at K that we started to realize the bathroom might not be free of charge. To avoid public conflict, we just went away immediately. But the old woman chased after us unceasingly. In the end, T got so mad and shouted back at her and gestured he would beat her up until she finally kept her mouth shut. Finally, we could leave that place without any trouble.

Then we walked to the big cathedral, which is Svetitskhoveli Cathedral. The inside of the cathedral was not opened for public at that moment, so we ended up wandering a bit in the neighborhood and taking the Marshrutkas back to Didube.
There is actually a big market in Didube. Before heading back to the hostel, K and T bought a huge pumpkin from the market for tonight's dinner. Then T and I also went to the supermarket to buy the food for tonight's dinner. Tonight's dinner was cooked by K and she made us delicious fried pumpkins with potatoes and onion, and K's exclusive spaghetti with tomato sauce.

After dinner, it was time to chillax in the living room with all the people in the hostel; listening to Georgian's stories and waiting for the supper to come before going to bed.
